We honor each and every booking and to ensure there are no last minute shocks Soundout always arrange for a backup DJ to be on standby for all our bookings to ensure your event goes ahead as planned. From the moment your booking is confirmed your Soundout DJ Kevin will be available to discuss your questions or queries 7 days a week. We are always contactable to offer our expert opinion and advice to ensure you get the Disco you want. Our reputation is extremely important to us and the majority of our bookings are by way of recommendation. Soundout actively seek client input prior to your event to understand your musical requirements. We actively encourage our clients to create playlists to ensure our DJs play the songs you want to hear. After all it is your party, and we want you to have it your way. Time keeping is extremely important to us, Soundout Mobile Discos will always arrive at your venue smartly dressed in plenty of time to set up to ensure your party starts at the agreed time. A full written contract is sent out by post or email confirming your booking.
